What you have
• Professional training in HR management and recruiting.
• Prior work experience (3-5 years) in HR for Swiss SMEs.
• Experience with payroll required. Ideally also in general accounting.
• Independent, agile, & hands-on working style.
• Commitment towards shaping a growing company.
• Written and oral proficiency in English and German.
